Is Noel going crazy?
This photograph of Noel Rhodes has just surfaced and it has brought up concerns that he has finally gone mentally insane. There have been NUMEROUS reports in the past that he is dimwitted but until now there has never been conclusive evidence. Carefully examine this photo and draw your own conclusions.

Echo and I used to put out shirts up like that in front of the bathroom mirror and sing “I’m a little pilgrim boy, I’m a little pilgrim girl”. I guess because we thought we looked like covered wagons or something.
