Amazing exercise routine!!!


In this amazing footage you see Hundus demonstrate his incredible gas regimen! He combines exercise with a diet containing large amounts  of boiled beans, dried fruit, caramelized onions, potatoes and hard boiled eggs. You’ll be exhausted too after this workout!

    I have been following all of these amazing H & F routines faithfully for a few weeks now. While the results have been disappointing (I have actually gained a few pounds, particularly in the lower belly region), I do find the workouts to be inspiring. These guys are gifted motivators, to be sure. I’m wondering if they have any routines that are a little more current. It’s hard to tell, but it strikes me these videos are just a tad bit dated. I could very easily be wrong, though.

    Also, I recommend the addition of grilled bell peppers to the gas regimen. Spectacular.

    Bret, you are sadly misinformed. It is not possible to gain weight while following our workout and diet regime. Are you really following all of our routines? I doubt it. I will admit that this video was done a few years ago, but we are going back into production for a new season.
