When I goes out to nature I think I’ll add that thing–a FlexerTec?. Hell there’s no predictin’ what new gizmos they’ll come up with in these modern times. I’m going to REI this pm and talk about orderin’ one. When I hike I wear stilts, unless I’m hikin’ in water, ’cause I’m afraid of snake bites-plus I don’t like to touch bushes. With that pack I can keep my stilts away from the elements when I make my camp site in the evening. You’re the man Steve!!

Any chance flextrex is working on a pharmaceutical offering that might give me the same feeling in a pill? thanks Steve!

It was a lucky break for me because I was in dire need of a treadmill, a washing machine, a tractor, three goldfish, and a bowl of Chinese Chicken salad. Can you believe it? Steve Climber had every single item on my list in his pack! He is my hero.

I rarely open my backpack when on the trail. I keep it stocked with anything that might come in handy as I make my rounds. These are precautionary items. One never knows when they will be needed. Odds are they will never be taken out of the pack but the secure feeling of knowing they are there is worth everything. Darren is correct when he calls me a minimalist. I use no tent or sleeping bag and survive on the seeds. stems, leaves and larvae I gather along the trail. There is neither the time nor space here to list even half of the contents of my pack but we can all sleep better knowing that when Steve Climber is on the trail he is prepared for everything.

Look at those towering rocks! His pack looks kind of heavy, maybe he took out a bunch of books from the library on the local flora and fauna and that’s what’s in there.

Since all he wears is shoes, socks, french wedge, hat, and glasses, what the hell is in his pack? Why does he need such a big back pack? Does he even use a tent? I heard that he just eats plants raw so need no cooking utensils. Please inform me now.
